We expect that you will love your items as much as we do. If however, you are not completely satisfied with the quality or products received, we will happily exchange or refund your item. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase, in original condition. To return or exchange an item, please log into your account (“My Account”) and select Returns to provide the following information:

1. Your name and daytime telephone number
2. Invoice Number and item name
3. Reason for wanting to return/exchange

Returned products are subject to being inspected by The Cake pod and being judged, in our sole discretion, as in original, undamaged, and resalable condition. Goods smelling of perfume or tobacco smoke, marked or damaged will be rejected. Please keep your return products in a smoke–free environment. If it is clear that the item is not in its original condition, The Cake Pod reserves the right to refuse to refund your payment. We will contact you if there are any problems in this regard.

Cost of returns will be at the discretion of The Cake Pod.
