The Cake Pod doesn’t require registration! Should you like to have an account with us, email us at info@thecakepod.com.au with all your details, and we will create an account for you.

It is important to us that you feel comfortable in dealing with The Cake Pod online. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not reveal, disclose, pass on, sell, distribute, share or licence your personal or business information to any third party.

The information that you provide on our website is used solely in ensuring that you have an easy and secure shopping experience with us from order to delivery.

The Cake Pod adheres to the National Privacy Principles. A copy of these principles can be obtained at the Federal Privacy Commissioner website at www.privacy.gov.au

We provide PayPal payment gateway which allows you to either pay by:

No, The Cake Pod doesn’t have a minimum spend. Buy as you need!!! We totally understand different times throughout the year and we know storage space can also play a big factor. We want to make life stress free and easy for you and your budget.

The Cake Pod trades in Australian Dollars only.

All wholesale products and shipping prices exclude GST, a breakdown of these costs is provided for your records on your invoice.

*please note this is in product only, GST and postage not included and free postage is ONLY valid to EAST COAST METRO cities.

Unfortunately due to high postage fees, Outside metro and rural areas are not included in this free shipping.

The Cake Pod uses multiple couriers depending on postcode and parcel size. The following couriers are our preferred: Couriers Please, TNT, Fedex, Aramax, and Toll IPEC, Northline, and Australia Post. We reserve the right to choose the courier at the time of creating your consignment. You may request a courier; however, if the amount exceeds our flat rate, we will contact you for additional payment.

We only ship within Australia due to the nature of the product being shipped i.e. large and bulky.

We apologies in advance to any overseas person wishing to purchase from our store.

Our shipping is based upon a flat rate to various regions.  We try and keep our postage to a minimum for our large products and understand that shipping can be a break point to your ordering. Perhaps you can seek out others in your area that may want to order from us also and complete a joint order.

In the event that your order postage is significantly higher than what was paid, we may contact you for a surplus payment. This is common in outside metro area and when your order is considered as bulky goods or heavy items.

We do our best to dispatch within 24 hours, provided payment has been received or cleared. However, please understand that during busy times, public holidays, shipment arrivals, etc we may need up to 72 hours to dispatch. Please contact us via phone should you need your order urgently, and we will do our best to help as much as we can.

As delivery times vary from location to location, it is expected that your goods will arrive within 5 days by courier or Australia Post, with the exception of rural areas that take over 5 days. Please let us know as soon as possible if your order does not arrive within 5 days. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Please note that The Cake Pod will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery, and that it does not entitle cancellation of an order. At The Cake Pod, we take every effort to ensure that your item is packaged securely so it arrives safely at your address.

Once the order has been packed and passed on to the courier or Australia Post, however, we are unable to guarantee its safe passage. If your order has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items according to our discretion, with another selection or refund. Please keep the damaged goods until you have discussed this with us. It may be that we need to see the goods or that we need to show the damage to our courier company in order to obtain compensation. The Cake Pod takes every possible care to describe each item accurately and show it as clearly as possible with images. It is very hard to provide exactly the same image across all the different types of devices we have today in our world.

If you are not satisfied with a product, we’ll do what we can to ensure a happy outcome, please let us know if you have any issues with products received as soon as possible.

A little note we need to have: The Cake Pod reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without providing notice to you. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Please email us at info@thecakepod.com.au and let us know a little about your business and we will put together a pack for you.

Postage will be at your expense and we will require your email address and postal address (no PO boxes please) Once we have your postcode we will email you the postage charge. All sample packs are sent through the Couriers Satchel system to save you postage money.

You can log in to “My Account” and update to the latest details. If this doesn’t work Please contact us via email with all your new details, and we can update your profile from our end.

Sorry to hear this but rest assure as we are here to help you. Contact us via email, phone or social media and we will guide you through a few steps or change anything we need to from our end. In an event we can’t help you instantly we will contact our friendly IT maintenance to help us further.

We expect that you will love your items as much as we do. If however, you are not completely satisfied with the quality, we will happily exchange or refund your item. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase, in original condition.

To return or exchange an item, please log into your account (“My Account”) and select returns. This will bring up a returns form to be completed and submitted to us to process. The Cake Pod does not cover your postage when returning and repurchasing.
