Placing an order

If you’re ready to purchase our products, you simply need to register an account with us. If you’ve already registered, log in to start your order.

 

Once you’ve set up an account with us, we’ll review your registration and officially welcome you to The Cake Pod family.

 

Managing your account

Your registration will remain valid with us until you ask us to close your account, so you’ll have access to our products for as long as you need them.

Paying for orders

There’s no minimum spend on orders. We want to make your life easier, and work within your budget.

 

We accept payment in all the usual ways:

  • credit card
  • PayPal
  • direct bank transfer.

 

Instructions on how to pay will be available at check-out.

All prices for our products and shipping exclude GST, and GST will be calculated at check-out.

 

Shipping

We ship our products anywhere in Australia.

 

We offer free shipping to east coast metro cities (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne) on all orders over $400.

 

Shipping rates

We offer flat-rate shipping, and we try to keep postage costs down.

 

Our shipping rates are:

  • Brisbane Metro: $9.50
  • East Coast Metro: $16.50
  • Rural Australia: $23
  • Tasmania: $27.50
  • Northern Territory and Western Australia: $45

 

Delivery times

We usually dispatch your order within 24 hours. Contact us on 0437 996 283 if you need your order urgently.

 

If you’ve paid by bank transfer, it may not show up in our account right away. Email a payment receipt to info@thecakepod.com.au so we can send your order before the funds clear.

 

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but we expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days, either by courier or Australia Post. If you’re located in Brisbane or South-East Queensland, your delivery may arrive sooner.

 

Sometimes unforeseen delays do arise due to peak shipping season or bad weather.

 

If your delivery is late, contact us at info@thecakepod.com.au and we’ll check with the courier.

We have every faith in the couriers we use, but we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from a late delivery.

 

Lost or damaged deliveries are very rare, but if you do receive something in your order that you believe has been damaged, contact us at info@thecakepod.com.au and we can discuss a replacement.

Want to try before you buy?

If you want to get to know our products before you commit to a large order, we may be able to send you a small sample pack. Email us at info@thecakepod.com.au and let us know a bit about your business and what you need, and we’ll put something together for you. There’ll be a small postage fee of $12 for your sample pack.

Refunds or product errors

We hope you’ll love your items as much as we do! However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your products, we will happily exchange them or give you a refund.

Access our returns form through your account. You must return the items within 10 days of purchase, and they must be in their original condition.
